A site approval application for a truck parking facility to be completed in two phases over five years. Phase one to be completed within 18 months, to include the grading surfacing for truck parking for a max of five trucks and five trailers. Phase 2 to be completed within 5 years, to include the conversion of an existing 5,000 sf warehouse into a truck maintenance building. The existing single family residence will not be used as part of the project.
