A request for a minor use permit to bring an existing unpermitted wedding (special event) facility into compliance with Butte County Ordinance No. 3390. The proposed outdoor events facility will host weddings, celebrations, ceremonies, receptions, corporate functions, and similar activities for up to a max of 100 guests in the garden area of the property. A max of 25 events will be held annually with events to operate for no more than 6 hours per day and to end by 10 pm. Events may include the use of live bands, amplified music and sound. Event parking will be situated on an adjacent property.
