The IS/MND evaluates existing and proposed uses that are fall under the jurisdiction of Mono County, as well as existing and proposed mobile homes and related uses that will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the HCD. The IS/MND evaluates 35 separate facilities on the Fish Camp site.
