Document Description
The project would redevelop the existing Fox Hills Plaza with a mixed-use development consisting of 662 residential units, 50 live-work units, 20,767 sf of retail uses, and various open space amenities. The six residential buildings would be located atop the subterranean parking. The buildings would be perpendicular to the street with interior courtyards on the project site. Overall development would be approx 801,119 sf with a residential density of 114 units per acre. Each building would be 56 ft in height above the existing grade of the project site. The parking would be provided in a subterranean parking structure.
