The site is designated commercial employment, retail and services within the GP. Additionally the site is zoned CC-1-3 and is within the coastal zone boundary, sensitive coastal overlay zone, coastal overlay zone, very high fire hazard severity zone, parking impact overlay zone. The site is not included on any Govt Code listing of hazardous waste sites.
