The proposed project consists of the demolition of the existing building on-site and construction of a three-story, mixed-use building over subterranean parking. The first floor would contain a building lobby, an approx 2,575 sf dine-in restaurant, and approx 3,135 sf of retail space. The second and third floors would contain approx 18,130 sf of medical office space and nearly 11,000 sf of exterior terrace gardens. A total of 93 parking spaces would be provided on-site.
