A SPA is to modify the Adopted SP as a means to promote a wider range of land uses and development to address current development trends. The expanded rnage of allowable uses will include a mix of uses development, commercial/retail development, retail mix of uses and open space designation. The plan amendment will also facilitate the extension of Davis St in a northerly direction to ultimately re-connect with the segment of Davis St that extends north of Ironwood Ave. The overall placement, design, and phasing of future development will be responsive to the employment and community service needs.
