The Agricultural Order will regulate discharges of waste from irrigated lands. Individuals subject to this Agricultural Order are required to comply with the terms and conditions set forth to ensure discharges do not cause or contribute to the exceedance of any regional, state, or federal numeric or narrative water quality standard in waters of the state and of the US.
The project is defined as the Agricultural Order's requirements and irrigated agriculture's activities implemented as a result of complying with those requirements.
