Document Description
The proposed project is a whole site modernization and would involve demolition and reconstruction of a lunch shelter, administration building, kitchen, classrooms, and restrooms; renovation of a library and muli-purpose room; construction of new hardcourts and play areas; and improvements related to technology and ADA-compliant accessibility. Additionally, the proposed project would include new lighting; fencing; a new 8-foot retaining wall; marquee sign; communications systems for site safety; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); parking and drop-off areas; upgraded electrical infrastructure; and seismic upgrades to existing buildings.
