Document Description
The proposed project includes modernization improvements to support student learning and instruction to improve student health, safety, and security; to upgrade accessibility and code compliance; and to repair and replace building systems on an as-needed basis. These improvements include the demolition and reconstruction of a lunch shelter, administration building, kitchen, classrooms, and restrooms; renovation of a library and multi-purpose room; construction of new hardcourts and play areas; and improvements related to technology and ADA-compliant accessibility. Additionally, the proposed project would include new marquee sign; lighting; fencing; a new 8-ft retaining wall, communications systems for site safety; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; parking and drop-off areas; upgraded electrical infrastructure; and seismic upgrades to existing buildings.
