- The city is considering the proposed Tierra Crossing Project, which would be processed as a zone change and GPA to identify potential land uses, phasing, design standards, and circulation patterns for approx 25.3 acres, located north of West Avenue S, east of 7th St West, and Tierra Subida Ave, which bisects the proposed project site's two parcels. The proposed project will provide for the comprehensive planning of the site into a variety of residential, recreation, and commercial uses. The final development plan will be determined based on site constraints, environmental factors, and alternatives analyzed during the CEQA review process. The project site is vacant land currently zoned for single family residential uses.
