The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-32217-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (Permittee) as represented by Sal Chavez. The Project is limited to the construction of adding two Express Lanes in each direction along the I-15 corridor between State Route (SR-) 60 and SR-210, adding one Express Lane in each direction between Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road and SR-60, adding one Express Lane in each direction between SR-210 and Duncan Canyon Road, adding one Auxiliary Lane in each direction between SR-60 and I-10, and adding one Auxiliary Lane in the northbound direction between Fourth Street and Foothill Boulevard
