Request by Niner Wine Estates LLC and Heart Hill Vineyard II LLC for a major grading permit to construct a 5 acre foot ag reservoir to be used as water storage to irrigate 89 acres of wine grapes. The project would result in the disturbance of approx 1.75 acres (75,253 sf) including approx 6,388 cy of cut and 6,388 cy of fill on multiple parcels. The proposed project is within the ag land use category and is located approx 1.2 mi northwest of the community of Templeton, at 2680 Highway 46 West, Paso Robles. The proposed project site is within the Adelaida sub area of the North County planning area.
