- The applicant proposes to develop the approx 11-acre vacant site with a 231-unit multi-family residential development with publicly accessible amenities, reconfiguration of existing lot lines, and construction of a new private street connecting Ash St and Sanjon Rd. In addition, the project would provide 20,000 sf of non-residential space in the western corner of the site adjacent to the terminus o Ash St and a public promenade along the southern edge of the site. Access to the site would be provided via Sanjon Rd and Ash St.
