- Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project would involve demolition of existing structures on the project site and reuse of the site to construct a new TOMF to support operations and maintenance of the Pasadena Transit fixed route services and Pasadena Dial-A-Ride paratransit services. The proposed project would involve the construction of an approx 25,920 sf, three story bus maintenance and operations facility and a 59,980 sf three-level parking structure for public transit bus/van and employee parking for a total of 84,650 gsf. The bus maintenance and operations facility will be approx 45 ft high. If built, the new facility on city-owned land would house Pasadena Transit office and dispatch operations; maintenance and repair bays; washing facilities; parking and storage, CNG refueling, plus other fleet operations all in one location.
