Project site is vacant and the applicant proposes to construct four vehicle storage buildings (68,564 total sq. ft. with 9 commercial spaces. Building B will be two stories with 16,860 sq. ft. with 22 commercial spaces. Building C will be two stories with 16,860 sq. ft. with 27 commercial spaces. Building D will be two storeis wtih 16,860 sq. ft. with 30 commercial spaces. The commercial spaces will be individually owned as condominiums. Ninety-six parking spaces are proposed and satisfy the City's parking requirements for vehicle storage uses.
