The project site is vacant and the applicant proposes to construct four vehicles storage buildings (68,564 total sf) with a total of 88 commercial spaces. Building A will be 2 stories and encompass 17,984 sf with 9 commercial spaces. Building B will be 2 stories with 16,860 sf with 22 commercial spaces. Building C will be 2 stories with 16,860 sf with 27 commercial spaces. Building D will be 2 stories with 16,860 sf with 30 commercial spaces. The commercial spaces will be individually owned as condos. 96 parking spaces and satisfy the city's parking requirement for vehicle storage uses.
