CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0221-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Inderjeet S. Mann.
Project is limited to the installation of two storm drain outfalls and the fill of approx. 0.03 acres of an ephemeral drainage. The outfalls will both be constructed with reinforced concrete that is poured in place, and will include a head wall, wing walls and a trash rack. The bank below the outfalls will be stabilized with angular rock riprap.
