CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0376-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sierra Pacific Industries, as represented by Robert Fecko. Project is limited to: the maintenance, removal and upgrade of two CMP culvert pipes, the construction and use of three new off-channel waterholes, the use and maintenance of an existing skid trail crossing, and the maintenance and use of two existing waterholes, the installation and maintenance of two rock fords, as well as the replacement of one undersized crossing with armored overflow channel.
