- The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), as the responsible agency, will be issuing a water supply permit. The City of Tehachapi installed 3 chlorination systems at 3 existing water system sites; (1) Wahlstrom Well, (2) White Oak Booster Station, and 93) Mojave Well. A 16 sq-foot diameter, and 6 foot long tubing on Sept 26, 2017. A 45 sq-foot 700 gallon chlorine tank was connected to the White Oak water system by 3/8 inch diameter, 8-foot long tubing on October 5, 2017. A 16 sq-foot 175 gallon chlorine tank was connected to the Mojave Well System by 3.8 - inch diameter, 10 foot long tubing on Oct 12, 2017. Project will provide for the operation of the system.
