- This project will support the build out of hydrogen refueling infrastructures to support the roll out of fuel cell vehicles in California. The project will develop a hydrogen refueling station at 503 Whipple Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94603 to serve the growing number of hydrogen powered zero emission vehicles deployed in California. This station will increase the reliability of the hydrogen refueling network in the San Mateo County area and the surrounding communities.
