Project involves constructing a multi-purpose asphalt trail within an existing railroad right-of-way. The area is basically level, due to prior construction and maintenance of the railroad tracks. The project scope is similar to extension of water and sewer main projects, which are exempt under S: 15303, Class 3. No work will be performed within any creek channel or bank. No healthy, mature or scenic trees will be impacted.
