Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0224-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison, 2244 Walnut Grove Ave, GO-1, Quad 2c, rosemead, CA 91770, represented by Richard haywood (Permittee). The project is limited to the removal and replacement of two existing utility distribution poles (Poles 2294010E and 2294011E), both of which are components of a single H-frame structure. The existing wood poles will be replaced with lightweight steel poles, set within 36-inch diameter watertight caissons structures. Access to work areas will occur along the existing access route. No project activities will occur in flowing water, equipment staging and maintenance areas will be located on existing disturbed areas with secondary containment and work will not occur during nesting bird season.
