* Repair and maintenance of an existing 12-inch culvert
* Repair and maintenance of two slopes delivering sediment to the stream
* Operation of a groundwater well and storage of water for use in cultivation
* Removal of trash, debris, rubbish and waste within 150-feet of the stream
