Perform repairs necessary to the existing Gaviota Pier, including reconstructing the section of poer from bent 32 to bent 38; to reopen it to the public following its 2014 closure, and allow future periodic and routine maintenance as may be necessary to ensure the ongoing safety of visitors:
Demolish and remove existing fish cleaning station
Remove and dispose of all timber guardrail and bullrail, including hardware, remove all timber decking, salvage for reuse as cross bracing and dispose of unused material.
Remove and dispose of all cross bracing including hardware
Remove timber stringers as/where necessary for removal of pile caps, salvage and reuse;
