Document Description
The project is limited to the diversion of water form Sugar Creek at a single point of diversion via a portable pump with screen for domestic use, irrigating vegetation on property. The Permittee has water rights pursuant to Decree #30662 of the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Siskiyou judgement for Scott River. The Permittee uses a maximum of 15.5 gallons per minute (gpm) or 500 gallons per day (gpd) from April 15 to October 25 for domestic use. The Permittee is in compliance with the State Water Resources Control Division of Water Rights. Work for the waer diversions will include use and maintenance of existing water diversion infrastructure.
