Document Description
The project includes replacing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) and control systems. The only components in visible locations that will be replaced iinclude ceiling grills and wall thermostats. The existing equipment was installed in 1992. Replacng the HVAC equipment will improve the inefficiencies of indoor air exchange of an existing facility and reduce energy consumption, which is consistent with the State's energy efficient initiatives.
