Document Description
Project will place a thin layer of hot mix asphalt over existing highway to repair and maintain the road. Outer pavement edges will be reinforced by shoulder backing within 3 feet of the edge of pavement. New traffic paint and striping will be applied. SR 190 is a significant route for visitors to Death Valley National Park.
