Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing a permit to Jim Xerogaenes pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 2081(a) for a project to propagate Milo Baker's lupine for the purpose of seed bulking, provide additional information on Milo Baker's Lupine's ability to be propagated in a nursery setting, and add to the understanding of the viability of seeds harvested from cultivated plants. Permittee will plant approximately 25 Milo Baker's lupine seeds and cultivate plants to maturity. The propagation area and Milo Baker's lupine plants will be observed by the Permittee a minimum of twice per week. Ripened seeds will be harvested from plants in summer of 2018, and will be delivered or used as directed by CDFW.
