Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0383-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Bruce and Catherine Shaw.
The project is limited to excavation of approx 400 cy of soil from the lakebed and bank to relocate an existing dock structure, which includes leveling the lakebed under the dock and reinstalling the 4 8-in pipe dock support piers. Equipment will access the lake via lot #29. Project activities will occur during lake draw down and in dry conditions.
