Document Description
To address impacts to water quality, the District proposes to upgrade the Jenny Lind with a packaged pretreatment system, which consists of pre-engineered/pre-manufactured treatment units that will be fabricated off-site and shipped to the project site for final installation. The project will include demolition of existing metal building, construction of concrete foundations, a small gravity block retaining wall and minor drainage improvements, and installation of new process pumps, piping, polymer mixing/dosing systems, and electrical facilities, which are all necessary to complete the installation and for operation of the pretreatment unit.
