Development of 765,150 sq. ft. of commercial office use in three buildings; a 35,000 square-foot employee amenities building; and 2,551 parking spaces distributed across a parking garage and a surface parking lot on a 27.08 site.The project includes applications for a General Plan Amendment , Zoning Map Amendment, Architectural Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, and a Development Agreement between the applicant and the City/Lead Agency. The Zoning Map Amendment and Development Agreement were adopted by ordinance on November 28, 2022. The General Plan Amendment was previously approved and the Architectural Permit and Vesting Tentative Map were conditionally approved subject to approval of the ordinances above on November 14, 2022.
