The proposed project is a high tech office campus with four 7-story (100 ft tall) office buildings, one 4-story and one 6-story parking structure, and a 2-story employee amenities building. The office campus is centered with an approx 4-acre green space, and 10% of the site is reserved for public access. The proposed project will develop 1,144,748 sf of commercial office use, in addition to 35,000 sf of employee amenities use. The 4 proposed office buildings are each approx 286,000 sf. The proposed project includes up to 3,855 on-site parking spaces. The project applicant proposes to implement a Transportation Demand Management Program to reduce vehicle trips. The project proposes a GPA and rezoning from light industrial to commercial classifications.
