Document Description
The proposed project consists of an application for a coastal development permit and a CUP to cure a former owner's code violations. These cures include: removal of a bocce ball court; modifying an existing gravel parking lot; septic system repair and update; installation of a backup generator and propane tanks; and the restoration of existing vegetation disturbed as a part of the violations on a 7.0 acre parcel.
