Document Description
The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians is serving as lead agency under the Tribal Environmental Policy Act and will prepare a TEIR for the proposed Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa Expansion Project. The project covers approx 56 acres of Tribal Trust land located east of Bob Hope Dr and south of Ramon Rd in the city of Rancho Mirage. The project would include the expansion of the ACCRS gaming area by up to 58,000 sf, meeting space by up to 41,000 sf, food/beverage/retail space by up to 25,000 sf, the development of up to 310 new hotel rooms in 364,000 sf of hotel space; and the development of approx 120,000 sf of commercial uses in the southern portion of the project site, south of ACCRS.
