Document Description
The Project includes a comprehensive update to the existing (1998) General Plan and (1996) Mission Street Specific Plan (now referred to as the Downtown Specific Plan [DTSP], and Implementation Programs of the 2021–2029 Housing Element approved by City Council on May 30, 2023. The Project would accommodate a total of 2,775 residential dwelling units and up to 430,000 square feet of non-residential uses. On September 27, 2023, the City Council adopted the General Plan and Downtown Specific Plan.
