Document Description
Since the adoption of the Final MND and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program in 2018, minor changes have occurred to the Project as part of the final design process for the roadway, ROW, landscaping, and utilities. These changes will reduce and/or eliminate environmental impacts that had been discussed in the Final MND and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and will result in reduced environmental footprint. An addendum has been prepared for the project.
