Document Description
The city community and economic development dept, in its capacity as the lead agency, is reviewing a request by Baldwin Park Homes, LLC to subdivide an existing 2.58 acre parcel located at eastern end of Burke St in the eastern portion of the city. The parcel that will be subdivided does not have an address, though its APN is 6384-004-900. The tentative tract map will facilitate the subdivision of the lot into 18 new parcels. Each of these parcels will contain a single-fam detached unit with ancillary improvements. Access to all of the single-fam units will be permitted by an internal roadway, which will provide primary ingress and egress with Burke St. This internal roadway will function as a public street and will have a curb-to-curb width of 36-37 ft.
