Document Description
The proposed project replaces the city's existing GP, amends the zoning code, and adds a series of stand-alone sustainability implementation programs to address recent changes in state law. The stand-alone sustainability implementation programs include an economic development plan, an active transportation & safe routes to school plan, and a water management plan. No specific construction-level development is proposed and no physical changes to the environment would directly result from adoption and implementation of the proposed project.
