Document Description
The proposed project includes modernization improvements to support student learning and instruction to improve student health, safety, and security; to upgrade accessibility and code compliance; and to repair and replace building systems on an as-needed basis. These improvements include technology infrastructure upgrades throughout the campus, the removal of portable classrooms, demolition of classroom building 400 and replacing it with a new administrative/classroom building, modernization of six buildings on the campus, reconfiguration of existing administration office and classroom spaces, installation of an HVAC system throughout the campus, reconfiguration of the existing southwest parking lot, relocation of the drop-off and pick-up point along South 40th St, and general site improvements for ADA compliance.
