Document Description
The proposed project consists of upgrading the treatment system and expanding the capacity of the city of Beaumont WWTP as required by the Santa Ana RWQCB. The project includes constructing a 12-in diameter brine waste disposal gravity pipeline extending 23-miles from the WWTP north to the nearest connection point of the Inland Empire Brine Line, located near the north side of E St Bridge in the city of San Bernardino. Alternate alignment options are included. Trenchless methods will be used to cross railroad tracks, highways, culverts, creeks/river, and other sensitive locations.
