Document Description
This proposed project involves the resurfacing of existing two lanes, shoulder improvements upgrading guardrail, and rehabilitating existing roadside drainage inlets to meet final grade of SR-1 to maintain and prevent structural failure. Maintenance and preventing structural failure of the state highway is necessary to provide safe passage for the public and comply with Caltrans' legislative authority. See NOD for full details.
