Document Description
This proposed project involves the resurfacing of existing two lanes, shoulder improvements upgrading guardrail, and rehabilitating existing roadside drainage inlets to meet final grade of SR-1 to maintain and prevent structural failure. Maintenance and preventing structural failure of the state highway is necessary to provide safe passage for the public and comply with Caltrans' legislative authority.
