Note: NOD rescinded per lead, refer to NOD submitted on 6/21/18 Caltrans proposes a capital preventative maintenance project (CAPM) in Santa Barbara County, on Hwy 1 to preserve and extend the life of the existing pavement and improve ride quality for the traveling public room Solomon Road near the town of Orcutt to its intersection with Hwy 166 in the city of Guadalupe. Construction is proposed from PM 36.4 to 49.2.
