EA and Design review DRC 2017-00084 - A proposal to construct a 56,560-sf commercial trucking facility on an 11.82 acre site located within the Heavy Industrial District at the northwest corner of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railway and Etiwanda Ave at 8822 and 8768 Etiwanda Ave - APNs: 0229-131-15, 16, 26. The project also includes street improvements for the remaining unimproved portion of Etiwanda Ave that abuts the project site. This includes the street, curb, gutter, sidewalk and street lighting. A total of 23 materials recovery facility and associated improvements will be removed.
