Document Description
Decommissioning of marine terminal facilities for Morro Bay Power Plant, which includes an existing underground 16-in pipeline and 24-in pipeline and associated support structures. Both pipelines and support structures will be removed within the power plant segment, the pipelines will be filled with cement and abandoned in place within the sand dune segment, and the pipelines will be removed within the beach, surf zone, and offshore segments. Decommissioning activities are anticipated for the summer of 2018. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 5-year General Lease - Industrial Use through February 3, 2023.
