Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-19376-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, I-15 Logistics LLC. The project is limited to the development of a 1,175,720-square-foot logistics facility and the realignment of a segment of Lytle Creek Road. Activities subject to Fish and Game Code section 1602 include modifications to seven drainages (Drainage 1, 2, 3, 3-1, 3-2, 4, and 5) and culverts associated with Drainage 3, 3-2, 4, and 5; and the construction of five basins (one flood control/infiltration basin and four debris/desilting).
