The proposed project involves the development of a new logistics facility, the realignment of Lytle Creek road, and the annexation of these and additional areas into the City of Fontana. The total annexation area would be 152 acres, but the development area consisting of the warehouse would take place on 76-acres. The sphere expansion for the City and Fontana FPD and reduction for SBCFPD, encompassing 4.5 acres, includes the entirety of APN 0239-041-15 and portions of APNs 0239-041-02, 0239-091-13, and 0239-091-14, including the northerly R-O-W area of Lytle Creek Road from Sierra Avenue to the portion of Lytle Creek Road within APN 0239-041-02.
2. The sphere expansion for West Valley WD, encompassing 4.7 acres, includes the entirety of APNs 0239-041-15, 0239-041-17, and 0239-041-18, and a portion of APN 0239-041-02, including the entire R-O-W area of Lytle Creek Road associated with these parcels.
