The proposed project involves the development of a new warehouse facility, the realignment of Lytle Creek road, and the annexation of these and additional areas into the City of Fontana. The project components, and associated entitlements include the annexation of 22 parcels, request for sphere of influence amendment, general plan amendment, zone change, development agreement, design review, and tentative parcel map.
