Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of a new warehouse facility, the realignment of Lytle Creek road, and the annexation of these and additional areas into the City of Fontana. The total annexation areas into the City of Fontana. The total annexation area would be 149 acres, but the development area consisting of the warehouse would take place on 6-acres. The project components, and associated entitlements include the annexation of 22 parcels, request for sphere of influence amendment, general plan amendment, zone change, development agreement, design review, and tentative parcel map.
