Document Description
The project application is for a tentative tract map, precise plan, and variance to allow the development of a seven unit residential subdivision. The existing single-fam residence located on the project site would be demolished as part of the project. The proposed project would include two buildings on two separate lots: Building A: 4 attached townhomes; Building B: 3 attached townhomes.
