Document Description
CDFW is issuing a permit to Teejay O'Rear with UCD pursuant to fish and game code section 2081(a) for educational sampling. The section 2081(a) permit authorizes the applicant to take Longfin Smelt during the course of sampling, subject to terms and conditions set forth in the permit. The purpose of this sampling is for educational opportunities for students and the public in estuarine and marine waters in SF Bay, CA. The applicant will sample these waters once each autumn until 2020.
